1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the Henkq application ("App"), provided by Henkq ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Henkq is a calm reminder app available on iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple Vision Pro. Some features vary by platform.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Henkq includes a free trial, after which a Henkq Pro subscription is required to continue using the App. Subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple ID.

  • Free trial: Henkq offers a 30 day free trial. No payment is required to start. After the trial, Henkq Pro is required to continue using the App.
  • Pricing: Subscription pricing is shown in the App Store at the time of purchase (currently approximately €2.99 per month or €24.99 per year).
  • Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  • Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • Cancellation: Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings on your device or in the App Store.

3. License

Henkq grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights in the App, including design, code, and content, remain the property of Henkq.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App lawfully and not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by applicable law.

5. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how Henkq handles your data.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
